摘　　要：合唱是文字与音乐相结合的多声部音乐表演艺术形式,如何使合唱艺术作品演唱成功,指挥是关键、是灵魂,合唱指挥案头工作的研究是合唱排练的前期工作,是指挥工作的重要环节。文章从指挥者熟悉、理解作品,分析处理作品,作品声音变化对比三方面进行阐述,详细探讨了合唱指挥案头工作研究的重要性。Chorus,as a kind of counterpoint,is the beautiful combination of language anti music, however, the conductor, as the soul of chorus, plays important role in successful performance. Especially the desk research before the chorus rehearsal is the key to successful work of the conductor, which requires the conductor to have a profound understanding of the musical work. This article stresses the three types of knowledge a conductor should master include the profound understanding of the musical work, careful analysis of the musical work, and comparison of vocal variation of the musical work, and finally states the importance of the desk research in. successful performance.
