摘　　要：文章通过对档案利用的传统观念及其现状的阐述,指出了必须加强档案部门和档案人员的公关意识。为进一步提高档案利用率,档案部门和档案人员应该做好各项公关工作,全面拓展档案功能,以便发挥档案信息的作用,为经济发展做出更大贡献。This article compares traditional and present view of archives management,and points out the necessity of raising the awareness of public relationship among archives management staffs. In order to raise the utility of archives, archives management staffs fully expand the function of archives and make full use of the information in archives in order to contribute to the development of social economy.
