摘　　要：本文提出了利用光学测量滑动链板塌角的方法，即通过测量滑动链板表面漫反射光的强度分布，从而获得链板塌角的信息。本装置用６３２８Ａ。的ＨｅＮｅ激光器和ＣＣＤ（电荷耦合摄象器件）作为光的发射接收系统来提取信号，文中从理论上推导出了它的漫反射光的强度分布，能够满足生产要求，从而提出利用漫反射光束来测量链板塌角的变化规律。实验表明：本仪器具有结构简单，容易操作的优点，能够完成链片生产过程中的快速。This paper presents an optical method to detect the flaw of chain slice.The information of flaw is detected from the change of intensity distribution of diffuse reflection light from the round edge slice illuminated by a He-Ne laser and recorded with a CCD camera.The theoretical width and maximum deviation of diffuse reflection light are calculated and the position confined condition of CCD camera is given.The experimental results show that the device is simple in structure and easy to operate and able to select the shortcoming slices rapidly and automatically.
