摘 要:植物修复是利用植物富集重金属离子及其化合物,并通过组织代谢去除环境污染物的环境修复技术.克隆了拟南芥中的两个金属离子转运蛋白基因ZAT1和IRT1并转化烟草,经PCR及GUS组织化学染色鉴定,ZAT1和IRT1基因都已整合进表达裁体,并获得了GUS染色阳性植株.这些工作为获得富集重金属离子的转基因烟草奠定了基础,将有效地促进植物修复技术的发展和应用.Phytoremediation, which uses some plants to absorb chemical elements and compounds and to metabolize various moleculos in their tissues, is a low - cost, highly efficient, non - intrusive technology to remove pollutants from the environment. In this research, full -length cDNA of two heavy metal transporters ZAT1 and IRT1 in Arabidopsis thaliana are amplified and cloned into binary vectors which contain 35S promoter, and then transformed into tobacco. Over-expression of these heavy metal transporters improves the ability by which tobacco accumulates the pollutants. This research result may contribute to the development of the phytoremediation and its application.
