认知伪装甄别测验的编制和信效度分析

摘　　要：目的:编制一套甄别认知伪装的心理测验,并检验它的信效度。方法:按照Rogers提出的伪装甄别策略,编制了两个迫选式再认分测验—数字迫选测验和图符迫选测验,每个分测验含30个条目。264名正常人、33名脑损害病人和125名可疑伪装的鉴定者完成认知伪装甄别测验,其中303名被试接受华文认知能力量表测试、297名被试接受多维记忆评估量表测试。结果:数字迫选测验和图符迫选测验的重测相关系数分别为0.603和0.571。数字迫选测验的信度系数在0.749-0.888之间,图符迫选测验的信度系数在0.753-0.872之间,全量表的信度系数为0.843-0.936。认知伪装甄别测验成绩与华文认知能力量表和多维记忆评估量表各分测验分数有显著性相关,相关值在0.308-0.608之间。正常人不同年龄组的测验成绩有明显的差异,正常组、脑损害病人组和鉴定组的测验成绩和成绩曲线有明显的不同。结论:认知伪装甄别测验具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为认知伪装的甄别工具。Objective： To develop a test to detect cognitive malingering and examine it＇s reliability and validity. Methods： Two forced-choice recognition subtests with 30 items each, Digital Forced-choice Test and figure Forcedchoice Test, were developed according to Rogers （1993） identified six potential strategies for detecting malingering. 264 normal subjects, 33 brain injured patients and 125 suspected malingers with brain injury, completed the CMST, 303 subjects of them were administered Chinese Cognitive Ability Scale （CCAS）; 297 subjects were administered Multiple Memory Assessment Scale （MMAS）. Results： The test-retest reliability coefficients of subtests were 0.603 for Digital and 0.571 for Figure. The reliability coefficients ranged from 0.749-0.888 for Digital, 0.753-0.872 for Figure, and 0.843-0.936 for the whole scale. The CMST scores were significantly correlated with cognitive subtest scores （r=0.308-0.608） from the CCAS and MMAS. There were significant differences of CMST scores among different age groups. Performance level and curve of the normal subjects, brain injured patients and suspected malingers were different on the CMST. Conclusion： The Cognitive malingering Screening Test is a reliable and valid tool for detecting cognitive malingering.
