摘 要:带有AC-DC整流模块的中频发电机已广泛应用于电站、舰船和飞机等独立供电系统中,对其电磁兼容性的研究越来越受到关注,如何定量地分析计算AC-DC整流模块引起的干扰是一个难点。文中分析了带有整流模块的中频发电机产生共模干扰的主要原因是由于漏抗的存在,整流换相并不是一个瞬态过程,在换相重叠角期间,u+或u-存在跳变。基于中频发电机AC-DC整流模块产生共模干扰的机理,利用频域法对共模干扰电压进行了计算,并通过MATLAB数学仿真得到了其频谱图,该方法可以推广到其他电力电子系统的电磁干扰分析计算中。The intermediate frequency generator with AC-DC rectification module has been widely used in power plants, ships, planes and some other independent power supply systems, so more and more attention has been paid to its electromagnetic compatibility( EMC ). It is a difficult problem to calculate and analyze quantitatively the electromagnetic interference(EMI) from the module. Because of the leakage reactance, the process of rectifying and changing phase are not transient. During the process there are several jumps with u^+ and u^-, which are the main cause of common-mode EMI. Based on the mechanism of the common-mode EMI from AC-DC rectification module of intermediate frequency generator, the voltage of common-mode EMI is calculated using frequency domain method, and the spectrum diagram is obtained by mathematical simulation via Maflab.
