摘  要:济钢第三炼钢厂新建成且装备先进的中厚板生产线,应用控轧控冷工艺进行了X60钢板的试制。试制结果表明,对于经铌、钒、钛微合金化处理的X60钢板而言,单是控轧工艺难以保证钢板的强度余量;而控轧控冷工艺可使钢板的强度余量大幅度改善,综合性能优异,这与对应的带状组织轻微、晶粒较细小且具有一定体积分数的贝氏体组织有关。Based on the heavy plate production line with advanced equipment new-built in No. 3 Steel- Making Works of Jinan Steel, pipeline steel grade X60 was trial-produced with the controlled rolling and cooling process. The result indicates that for the pipeline steel plate X60 with N, V and Ti microalloying, the controlled rolling process cannot assure its strength redundancy, but the controlled rolling and cooling process can improve it obviously and result in excellent synthesis performance, which results from lighter band structure, finer grain size and having certain volume fraction of bainite.
