摘　　要：提出了物流企业绩效评价的基本原则,并以平衡计分卡的基本原理为依据,从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与发展等方面研究了物流企业绩效评价指标体系。The paper puts forward the basic principle for performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, studies its performance evaluation index system respectively from finance, customer, internal business process, learning and development based on the basic rule of balanced score card.
