复方七芍降压片对二肾一夹高血压大鼠VWF的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方七芍降压片降压及防治血栓性并发症的作用机制。方法:以90只WKY大鼠随机分为6组:正常组、假手术组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组、心安宁组,分别采用尾动脉法测血压,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测量血管性假血友病因子(VWF)的含量。结果:复方七芍降压片能够降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠(2k1 c)血压及VWF。结论:复方七芍降压片能有效地降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠血压及VWF和改善血液高凝状态,其作用机制与复方七芍降压片降低VWF有关。Objective ：To investigate the mechanism of depressing blood pressure （BP） and preventing and curing thrombotic complicated disease with composite qishaojiangya tablet. Method：Ninety normal Wistar - kyoto（WKY） rats were divided into 6 groups randomly. They were normal group, sham operated group, model group, small dosage group, large dosage group, xin -anning group. The BP was measured with the method of arteria caudilis and the von willebrand factor （vwf） with the method of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results： composite qishaojiangya tablet can depressed the BP and the vwf of 2klc. Conclusion： composite qishaojiangya tablet can depress the BP and the vwf effectively, and improve the blood hypercoagulable state, the mechanism may be associated with descending the VWF by composite qishaojiangya tablets.
