衡阳盆地雨水资源开发利用初探

摘　　要：以亚热带丘岗山区的典型区域——衡阳盆地为研究对象,分析了其雨水资源利用的必要性、可行性。提出了衡阳盆地雨水资源化的初步设想:一是强化雨水就地利用,构建衡阳经济社会发展的生态屏障;二是积极推广庭院雨水集蓄,发展庭院经济;三是适当发展雨水集蓄小型灌溉工程,提高农业生产的水分保证率。Hengyang Basin which was a typical hilly area in subtropical zone acted as the research subject. The necessity and feasibility for the rainfall resource utilization in Hengyang Basin were analyzed. And the tentative plan of rainfall resource utilization were put forward： First, strengthening the rainfall resource utilization on the spot to set up the eco-barrier for the development of economy and social; second, actively popularizing the rainfall harvest reserved in the courtyard to develop the courtyard eeonomy; third, properly developing the small rainfall harvesting and irrigation projects to increase the guarantee rate of agricultural water supply.
