摘 要:目的研究神经生长抑制因子Nogo-A在新生大鼠神经系统中的分布特点,探讨Nogo-A与新生大鼠神经系统生长发育的关系,为其功能研究提供基础资料。方法以7日龄正常SD新生大鼠作为研究对象,采用免疫组化染色法观察Nogo-A蛋白在大脑、小脑、脊髓中的表达特点。结果在新生大鼠中枢神经系统中,Nogo-A蛋白的表达广泛,尤其在大脑皮质第三层、海马的前下托与胼胝体、小脑锥体细胞层、脊髓前后角表达较强。结论Nogo-A蛋白在中枢神经系统不同部位表达规律不同、强弱不等,其原因可能是Nogo-A表达于多种细胞,而且新生大鼠神经系统不同组织的再生能力不同。Objective To study the distribution of nerve growth inhibitor Nogo-A protein in the central nervous system(CNS) of neonatal rats and discuss the relationship between Nogo-A protein and the CNS developing of newborn rats. Methods Totally 30 seven-days normal rats were enrolled in this study. Then we study the expression character at different sites such as cerebrum, cerebellum, spinal cord with immunohistochemistry and image analysis system. Results At the CNS of newborn rats, the expression of Nogo-A protein is very broad, especially dense at the third layer of cerebrum cortex, hippocampus, cerebel cone cell layer, front and back corner of spinal cord. Conclusions In different area of central nervous system, the density and expression character of Nogo-A protein were different, the reasons may be Nogo-A protein expressed in several types of cells, and the regeneration ability of each tissue Were different.
