摘　　要：阐述了城镇景观设计的功能、作用,指出中国现代城镇景观设计中存在的问题,总结了国外现代城镇景观设计的发展趋势,探讨了城镇景观设计方案应遵循的基本原则,提出了建立城镇景观设计方案量化标准的论点,论述了构筑适宜的城镇景观设计方案的保障措施,旨在探索城镇景观设计的最佳方法,从而突显城镇的个性和特色,提升城镇形体环境的价值,创造出优美的城镇环境。The function and effect of cities and towns landscape design were discussed, and the existing problems of cities and towns landscape design in China were pointed out. The development tendency of modern cities and towns landscape design in foreign countries was summarized, and the basic principle which should be obeyed in the scheme of cities and towns landscape design was discussed. Meanwhile, authors put forward the idea of establishing quantity standard of cities and towns landscape design and expounding the ensuring measure to suitable plan of cities and towns landscape design, aiming to find out the method to make cities and towns landscape design to an optimal effect, thereby, to reflect cities and towns individual character and distinguishing feature, to raise the physical and mental environment value as well as create the pretty cities and towns environment.
