摘　　要：为快速、可靠测试某型大气数据计算机,研制了总线式自动测试大气数据计算机的自动测试系统,系统运用开放式ATE结构,以测控计算机为核心,采用数字式程控仪器和专用测量设备、虚拟仪器控制技术,在GPIB和VXI总线控制下,实现了对某型大气数据计算机的动、静态性能自动测试;系统具有较高的可靠性和可维护性。To test a atmosphere data computer, an automatic test system based on bus type is designed. The test system utilizes opened ATE structure, adopts the measument and control computer, digital programmable instruments and special measuring equipment. Being controlled by GPIB and VXI bus, dynamic and static automatic test is realized. The system has better reliability and maintainability.
