摘　　要：目的:探讨早期切开复位内固定治疗跟骨移位压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:本组43例,男34例,女9例,年龄20～48岁,平均35.3岁。单侧36例,双侧7例,共50侧跟骨骨折。按Sanders分类骨折分型,其中Ⅱ型25例30足,Ⅲ型13例15足,Ⅳ型5例5足。伤后至手术时间2～7d。采用足跟外侧L形切口,Sander型钛合金钢板内固定。结果:随访3～48个月,平均23个月。切口皮肤坏死6例6足,二期愈合5例,皮瓣转移覆盖1例。按Maryland足部评分标准评定:优26足,良13足,中9足,差2足,优良率78%。结论:早期切开复位内固定治疗跟骨移位压缩性骨折的疗效基本满意。Objective To evaluate of therapeutic efficacy of open reductin and internal fixation for displaced compression fractures of calcaneus. Methods Forty-three patients, thirty-four men and nine women, had a mean age of 35.3 years（range from 20 to 48 years）. 50 places of calcaneal fractures in 43 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate, including 30 Sander Ⅱ fractures, 15 Sander Ⅲ and 5 Sander Ⅳ. The duration from injury to operation ranged from 2 to 7 days. Results The average time of follow-up was 23 months（range from 3 to 48 months）. Disruption of wound in 6 patients healed by per secundam intentionem in 5 patients and skin flap in 1 patient. According to the Maryland foot score,the excellent and good results allow for 78% with 26 excellent feet, 13 good,9 moderate and 2 poor. Conclusion Satisfactory curative effect for displaced compression fractures of calcaneus could be achieved by open reduction and internal fixation.
