摘 要:硅藻土是一种重要的非金属矿产资源,经提纯处理后,制备出硅改沥青。与未改性沥青相比较,其针入度、延度降低,软化点提高,表明硅改沥青的强度、抗低温的变形能力及高温稳定性增强。硅改沥青的针入度指数(PI)和当量软化点(T800)的提高,说明硅改沥青的感温性很好,高温稳定进一步加强。硅改沥青与中性、酸性和碱性石料混合后具有很好的黏附性,可用于公路路面铺设建设中。Diatomite is one of important nonmetallic mineral resources and can be transformed to diatomitemodified-asphalt after being purified. Compared with normal asphalt, it is low in penetration and ductility and is high in softening point. The study indicates that after modification by diatomite, the asphalt becomes better in strength, resisting low-temperature deformation ability and high-temperature stability. The improvement of the penetration index (PI) and equivalent weight softening point (T800) show that diatomite-modified-asphalt is good in temperature susceptibility and being enhanced in high-temperature stability. The diatomite-modified-asphalt possesses strong stickiness after being mixed with stone stock of neutrality, acidity and alkalinity, and can be applied in the constructions of highway.
