摘　　要：目的通过对某部科技人员心理健康水平的调查，旨在了解军队科技人员心理健康状况及影响因素，为寻找军队科技人员心理保健的对策提供科学依据。方法采用自行研究的SCL-90症状自评量表测评软件对某部151名科技人员进行了问卷调查，并将统计结果根据服役年限、年龄、学历、性别、研究单位等情况进行对比分析。结果军队科技人员的SCL-90各因子分比军人常模各因子分低，比地方常模各因子分高。服役期为5年以上科技人员的躯体化、忧郁和偏执等因子分均明显高于服役1—4年科技人员（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；30岁以上科技人员的躯体化、忧郁、偏执和人际关系敏感因子分均明显高于30岁以下科技人员（P〈0.05，P〈0．01）；高学历科技人员（硕士、博士）的强迫、忧郁和敌对因子分均明显高于大学以下（含大学）学历的科技人员（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论与地方常模比较，部队科技人员心理健康水平较低，应加强心理卫生知识的宣传、教育，做好心理咨询和心理保健，提高军队科技军人心理素质。Objective To investigate the mental health condition of some military scientific and technical personnels, so as to provide scientific basis for searching psychological therapy to keep them mentally healthy. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL - 90） was adopted to conduct a statistical survey on the mental health condition of about 300 military scientific and technical personnels. The influential factors, such as length of military service, age, educational background, sex, and research unit, etc, were considered to draw comparisons. Results The factor scores of SCL- 90 in military scientific and technical personnels were lower than those of norm of Chinese soldiers, but higher than those of Chinese populace norm. The scores of somatization, depression, and paranoid ideation in the group ≥ 5 years of length of service were higher than the group of 1 - 4 years （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of somatization, depression, paranoid ideation, and interpersonal sensitivity in more than 30 years old group were higher than 〈 30 years old group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Those who had higher educational level such as master and doctor degree had higher scores in obsession, depression, and hostility factors（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental health of military scientific and technical personnels was poorer than that of Chinese populace norm. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the mental health knowledge and education, and work well on the mental state consultation and mental health cares, so as to to raise their mental quality.
