开音颗粒对小鼠实验性慢性肉芽肿的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察具有活血化痰作用的开音颗粒对实验性慢性肉芽肿的影响。[方法]参照文献所载方法进行实验。[结果]各给药组均具有抑制小鼠肉芽肿生长的作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异。[结论]开音颗粒在具备活血化痰作用的同时,也具有良好的抗炎作用。[Objective] To observe the influences of Kai-yin（sound producing） granules, having effect of invigorating blood circulation and repelling phlegm, on the experimental chronic granuloma in rats. [Methods] The experiment was done according to the methods described in literature. [Results] The medication in each treatment group could inhibit the growth of granuloma in mice. Compared with the mice in model group there was a significantly difference. [Conclusions] Simultaneously with the effect of activating blood circulation and expelling phlegm Kai-yin granules has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
