摘 要:目的了解2型糖尿病患者的血清骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的关系。方法测定55例2型糖尿病患者(肾病25例,非肾病30例)和27例正常人血清BGP、AKP及骨型AKP活性分析。结果两组糖尿病患者的BGP明显降低,血清AKP显著升高,两者间无相关关系,骨型AKP活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者骨形成降低,呈低转换型骨代谢,BGP可准确反映骨形成和骨转换,且明显优于AKP。Objective In an attempt to evaluate effects of blood glucose level on bone mineral metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 55 diabetic patients(including 25 patients accompanying nephropathy) and 27 normal controls were studied. Results Compared with the normal controls, the patients demonstrated a decrease in serum osteocalcin(BGP) and a rise in serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP). The concentration of BGP had not a negative correlation with that of AKP(r = -0.1, P 〈0.37). Conclusion It is suggested that diabetic osteoporosis is part of lower turnover and its growth is obviously arrested.
