摘 要:为了研究采用全回流操作完成一定分离任务时所应达到的平衡程度,提出了平衡程度系数概念,并采用乙醇-异丙醇-正丙醇物系对全回流过程中各组分的平衡程度系数在塔内各处的变化及全回流操作终点适宜的平衡程度系数进行实验研究,结果表明,虽然同一时刻不同组分及不同板上的接近平衡程度不同,但实际应用中可只考虑塔顶处关键组分的接近平衡程度,全回流操作终点适宜的平衡程度系数的选取应综合考虑塔板数及操作时间这两方面因素。To study the optimum stopping criteria for total reflux operation, the concept of coefficient of approaching equilibrium degree φ was proposed. And experiments were carried out with the ternary system of ethanol-i-propanoln-propanol on a batch distillation column to investigate the variation of φ for all components during total reflux operation and determine its optimum value at the end of the operation. The results show that both the values of φ on different trays for the same component and those on the same trays for different components are different. But only the key component at the top is concerned in practice. Trade-off should be made between trays and distillation time on selecting the stopping value of φ for total reflux.
