摘　　要：在冷轧机组中,乳化液起冷却和润滑作用。在轧制过程中,大量的铁粉磁性粒子悬浮在乳化液中,对轧机和产品都有直接的危害,有效地控制乳化液中铁粉含量是乳化液控制系统设计的关键。介绍该系统的设计原理及其应用情况。Emulsion functions cooling and lubrication in cold mills. Large amount of magnetic iron particles that suspend in emulsion have direct hazards to both mills and products. Effective control on the iron particles content in emulsion is the essential for the design of emulsion control system. The article describes the design concept and application of the system.
