电渗析法分离提纯2,5-脱氧果糖嗪的研究

摘  要:以葡萄糖胺盐酸盐、苯基硼酸和氢氧化钠为原料,合成了2,5-脱氧果糖嗪;用电渗析方法脱除了反应混合物酸化之后溶液中存在的电解质。反应混合物酸化之后溶液的电导率为39000μs/cm,进行电渗析处理后溶液的电导率降低到180μs/cm,说明水溶液中的电解质被脱除干净。2,5-脱氧果糖嗪的分离产率为80%,大大高于反复重结晶方法产率。该方法制备2,5-脱氧果糖嗪产率高,简单方便,且产物颜色纯正,纯度高。2, 5-Deoxyfructosazine was prepared from the reaction mixture of glucosamine hydrochloride, phenylboric acid and sodium hydroxide. After acidification, the electrolytes in the mixture were removed by electrical dialysis. The electric conductance of the solution was 39000bts/cm initially,and it was reduced to 180tas/cm by electrical dialysis, which suggested that the electrolytes in the mixture were almost completely removed. The separation yield of 2, 5-Deoxyfructosazine was 80%, much higher than that of reported by literature, and the product had a pure-white color with high purity.
