基于计算机仿真的复杂薄板冲压成形工艺研究

摘　　要：采用非线性有限元分析软件对飞机内蒙皮成形过程进行计算机模拟。涉及到如何构建复杂薄板零件的有限元模型,分析压边圈的设计对冲压成形的影响,2种坯料外形方案的仿真结果比较。所做的研究对相似零件冲压仿真有一定的指导作用。The forming process of the inner cover of an airplane was simulated by using nonlinear finite element analytical software. The finite element model for complex sheet metal parts was established and the influence of design of blank holdex on stamping forming was analyzed. Finally the comparison between simulation results of two blanking contour shape plans was made.
