摘　　要：分析了管材无凹模冲孔的工艺特点,提出了该类模具设计的要点。设计了管材无凹模冲孔模具,模具结构简单,生产效率高,并且管件表面平滑美观,适用于汽车、摩托车、电器、轻工等产品的管件冲孔。The technical characteristics of no-female die piercing on pipe were analyzed and the key Points in design of a practical no-female die piercing die were presented. The die was simplified in structure and high in production efficiency, it can make the pipe surface smooth and fine. The die can apply to the piercing of pipe products used in automobiles, motorcycles, electric appliances and light industry products.
