摘　　要：小城镇建设是我国农村城市化的重要途径,为我国农业和农村经济的发展做出了重要贡献。论文通过对山西常平村城镇化建设成功经验的实证调研,论证了城镇化与和谐社会的关系,城镇化建设的数量过程和质量过程就是构建和谐社会的过程,在城镇化建设中要坚持经济发展与精神文明和政治文明建设同步进行,实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然的和谐相处。One of the important ways of Chinese urbanization is to develop tiny towns, which makes great contribution to agriculture and the rural economy development. In this article, author used practical investigation to analysis the successful experience of Shanxi Changping village＇s urbanization, proved that the relationship between urbanization and harmonious society, is a synchronism process. As developing tiny towns, economical, spiritual, political civilization should develop coordinately, then, human, society and nature could get harmoniously along with each other.
