住房建设规划与城市规划的衔接机制初探

摘　　要：从住房建设规划的概念内涵、编制要求、政策背景、现实意义等几方面入手,分析住房建设规划与城市规划的关系,重点研究住房建设规划与城市规划各类型之间的衔接机制,即与城市总体规划进行建设目标上的衔接、与控制性详细规划进行建设指标方面的衔接、与近期建设规划进行建设时序方面的衔接。希望论文能够为城市规划领域落实住房建设规划提供一些思路。This research based concept, requirement, background, and significance of housing program, analyzed the relationship between housing program and urban planning, provided the linkage mechanism between housing program and urban planning at three levels, such as the linkage on goals at comprehensive planning level, the linkage on index system at regulatory plan level, the linkage on scheduling at immediate plan level.
