摘　　要：从营造良好的社会公用物流信息环境的角度分析物流信息平台的现状,阐述引导和推进社会公用物流信息平台建设的必要性,提出构建厦门市社会公用物流信息平台的方案。该方案采用物流系统分析方法设计社会公用物流信息平台结构规划模型,对于进一步解决目前物流信息链接分散和信息共享困难的现状,提高厦门市物流信息化水平具有重要意义。The condition of platform for public logistic information is given to better environment. The paper proposes the necessity for construction this information platform, and puts forward the scheme in Xiamen. The method is carried out with logistic systems theory. It focuses on solving the planning of the model in this platform of logistic information, which has effect on the problem which it is difficult in information diversing and sharing to improve the level of logistic information in Xiaman.
