摘 要:本文研究了高纯LiInS2多晶原料的合成及性能。LiInS2晶体是一种极具吸引力的晶体,可以应用于红外区域的非线性光学频率变换。一般来说,含锂硫族化合物制备非常困难,因为锂极易被氧化,且腐蚀石英管。而且,硫族元素高的蒸气压会导致石英安瓿爆炸。本文采用两种方法合成了LiInS2多晶原料,对所获LiInS2多晶原料进行了X射线粉末衍射和差示扫描量热分析。The synthesis and some properties of high purity polycrystalline lithium thioindate are investigated. The lithium thioindate ( LiInS2 ) crystal is an attractive material, which can be widely used for nonlinear optical frequency conversion in the infrared region. The Li-containing chalcogenides are, in general, difficult to prepare, because lithium attacks the quartz reactors and will be oxidized rapidly. Moreover, the high sulfur vapor pressure will result in the explosion of the quartz ampoule. In this paper, two different methods have been used to synthesize the LiInS2 polycrystalline materials. The yielded polycrystalline LiInS2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetric.
