摘 要:将氟云母晶体粉末直接与窗玻璃粉末混合后烧结,制备出可加工氟闪石玻璃陶瓷。研究了氟云母加入量对氟闪石玻璃陶瓷的析晶、组织、烧结性、可加工性和机械性能影响。结果表明,烧结时,氟云母与玻璃间发生了反应析晶。氟云母加入量少于20%质量分数,析出透辉石,超过质量分数35%析出氟闪石,超过质量分数80%,有部分氟云母被保留下来。随着氟云母加入量的增加,玻璃陶瓷烧结温度相应要提高,可加工性得到改善,但相对密度和抗压强度下降。加入量在35—40%质量分数、烧结温度在860—950℃之间所制备的氟闪石玻璃陶瓷具有较高的强度和良好的可加工性,可进行车削、钻孔、攻丝等机械加工。A machinable fluoramphibole glass-ceramic was fabricated by directly incorporating fluormica crystals with recycled glass powder and then sintered. The effects of fluormica content on crystallizing behaviors, microstructures, sinterability, machinability and mechanical property of the glass-ceramics were investigated. An interactive crystallization takes place between fluormica and glass powder during s.intering. The content of fluormica is less than 20 wt%, diopside is formed, the content is more than 35 wt%, flouramphibole is formed and some fluormica is remained when the centent is more than 80 wt%. The machinability improved with the increase of sintefing temperature of the glass-ceramics, but relative densities and compressive strengths decreased with increasing of the fluormica content. The fluoramphibele glass-ceramics perform a good combination of strength and machinability and can be turned, drilled and tapped by conventional steel tools while fluormica addition exists between 35-40 wt% and the sintering temperatures lie between 860-950℃ respectively.
