摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀对不稳定型心胶痛患者血小板CD62P、单核细胞和血小板CD40L的影响。方法将68例不稳定型心胶痛患者随机分成辛伐他汀组(34例)和常规治疗组(34例),比较治疗前及治疗8周后血小板CD62P、单核细胞和血小板CD40L的变化情况。结果两组治疗后血小板CD62P、单核细胞和血小板CD40L较治疗前明显降低(P<0．05或P<0．01)。治疗后辛伐他汀组血小板CD62P、单核细胞和血小板CD40L较常规治疗组明显降低(P<0．05)。结论在治疗8周后,辛伐他汀可明显改善不稳定型心胶痛患者的血小板活化功能并显示其抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin on the expression of platelet CD62P, peripheral blood monocytes and platelet CD40L in patients with unstable angina. Methods Sixty-eight patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups ： simvastatin treatment group （ n = 34） and routine treatment group（ n =34）. Changes in levels of platelet CD 62P,peripheral blood monocytes and platelet CD40L between pre-therapy and post-therapy （for 8 weeks） were assayed in the two groups. Results Levels of platelet CD62P, peripheral blood monocytes and platelet CD40L after simvastatin therapy were significantly lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Furthermore, their levels after simvastatin therapy were also significantly lower than after conventinal therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions These findings suggest that simvastatin can improve the funtion of platelet activation in patients with unstable angina and resist inflammation.
