2002-2005年宁波市畜牧业重点人群布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析

摘　　要：对924名从事畜牧业人员的监测结果表明，畜牧业重点人群布鲁氏菌感染率为0．49％～10．50％，确定新发病人和疑似病人13例，其中有1例经血液培养找到羊种3型布鲁氏杆菌。2002-2005年试管凝集试验阳性率呈逐年上升趋势（χ^2=36．69，P〈0．01），感染者均有与疫区引进的羊、奶牛接触史。The surveillance results among 924 persons engaging in animal stockbreeding indicated that the infection rate of Br. melitensis was in the range from 0.49% to 10.50%. 13 patients and suspected patients were confirmed by epidemiologic survey combining with clinic symptom, and Br. melitensis Ⅲ was found in one of them after the blood cultivation. The positive rates of serum increase gradually from 2002 to 2005（χ^2=36.69,P〈0.01）. All the persons infected Br. melitensis had close contact with sheep or cows from epidemic area.
