摘　　要：针对编辑工作中异地审稿和校对所遇到的问题,简要介绍AdobeAcrobat7.0软件和PDF文件的功能、特点和在网络传播中的重要性,详细阐述将方正书版文件转成PDF文件以及Word与PDF互换的具体方法和步骤。In view of problems that occurred during reviewing and proofreading in other places for editorial work, the authors introduce briefly the functions, features and the importance of communication in the network of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 software and PDF document and elaborates how to realize the conversion of Word and PDF, Founder Bookmaker 9.11 and PDF document.
