论编辑的科研经历对科技论文初审的影响

摘　　要：分析通晓科学研究准则、熟知科研步骤和报告的写作及养成的优良品德等科研人员具有的素质在编辑人员初审科技论文过程中的重要作用。提出了丰富编辑人员科研经历的措施。According to the key courses and basic requirements of scientific researches, this paper analyzes the important effects of several respects, including consulting many documents, thoroughly understanding scientific research criterion, knowing scientific research steps and reports writing well, and excellent morals, during editors＇ initial examination of sci-tech papers. It suggests several relative ways to enrich editors＇ scientific research experience.
