摘　　要：分析了我国科技期刊的现有体制,提出了创办二级制科技期刊的发展模式;论述了我国科技期刊进入信息高速公路的一些看法。In this paper,we analyse the current system of scientific and technical periodicals in China and propose a new two-level pattern,and also give some ideas on the periodicals entering into the information super high- way.
