摘 要:研究了环氧树脂改性阴离子型水性聚氨酯分散体的合成工艺。通过在聚氨酯分子链中引入环氧树脂E-51,采用小分子扩链剂一缩二乙二醇(DEG)等进行乳液共聚合,达到对水性聚氨酯结构的交联改性。结果表明,采用共聚方法加入环氧树脂所得到的胶膜在吸水率和力学性能方面都比采用共混方法所得到的胶膜优异;结合DSC分析和力学性能等方面的研究发现,随着NCO/OH摩尔比值的增加,软段的玻璃化温度Tg逐渐向低温方向偏离,同时胶膜拉伸强度逐渐增大,伸长率逐渐减小;当环氧树脂的质量分数为7%时,胶膜的耐水性及力学性能最佳。The synthesis technology of anion water borne polyurethane modified by epoxy resin was studied. through adding epoxy resin E-51 ,DEG and so on, and the constitution of waterborne polyurethane was modified by emulsion copolymerization. The results showed the films of copolymerization were better than the films of blend in the proprieties of water-resistant and mechanism. It was found that the Ts of soft segment decreased, tensile strength increased and elongation decreased as the molar ratio of NCO/OH increased by the research of DSC and mechanical performance. Water-resistant and mechanism were the best. relatively when the comtent of epoxy resin was 7%.
