摘  要:针对注聚井注入过程中注入压力上升、注入量减少及压裂措施有效期短的问题,分析了其压裂失效的主要原因,提出了树脂砂压裂和超低界面张力表面活性剂注聚井增注技术,确定了2种技术的施工工艺,优化了施工参数,并分别对其进行了室内评价及施工效果分析.现场应用表明:5 a内树脂砂压裂工艺增注平均有效期为21个月,最长达36个月;表面活性剂工艺平均增注有效期为15个月,最长达19个月,取得了很好的经济效益.Targeted at the problems of pressure rising,injection rate decreasing and effective period of fracturing shortening during the period of injecting polymer,the main factors causing the failure of fracturing have been analyzed,and resin coated sand fracturing and super-low IFT surfactant enhanced stimulation technology to increase polymer injection rate have been developed.In the process of applying these two technologies,the implementing procedure has been improved,the implementing parameters have been optimized,and laboratory evaluations of the technologies as well as implementing effect have also been carried out.Field application shows that the average valid period of the frac job increases to 21 months,and the longest valid period exceeds 36 months.Surfactant stimulation average valid period is 15 months,and the longest valid period exceeds 19 months,bringing about very good economic benefits.
