摘  要:通过室内实验,测定了大庆油田3种压裂液的残渣质量浓度,评价了压裂液与葡萄花油田地层水的相容性.根据模拟压裂过程中压裂液与地层的作用机理,测定了压裂液反排率及对岩样渗透率的影响程度,找出了压裂液对油层污染的原因,可为改善压裂液的性能提供重要依据.实验结果表明:田菁胶、香豆胶和瓜胶3种压裂液残渣质量浓度均较大,是造成压裂低效的主要原因;压裂液与地层水相容性差,产生CaCO3等沉淀物质,堵塞地层孔隙和裂缝,使油层渗透率和裂缝导流能力下降,压裂效果变差;目前的3种压裂液对葡萄花油层污染均较为严重,田菁胶、香豆胶、瓜胶压裂液对岩心渗透率损害率分别为27.89%,18.51%,26.06%.Based on experiments,the mass concentrations of 3 fracturing fluids were determined,and the compatibility of these fracturing fluids with the formation water of Putaohua reservoir was evaluated.By simulating the interaction mechanism between fracturing fluid and formation,the recovery and the decrease degree of permeability of core sample were determined,and the main reason why the fracturing fluid contaminated formation was discovered,which could provide an important basis for improving the performance of fracturing fluid.The result of experiments showed that the mass concentrations of sesbania gum,fenugreek gum and guar gum were all high,and that was the main reason leading to the poor effect of fracturing.Because of bad compatibility of these fracturing fluids with the formation water,(CaCO_3) was produced and pore and fracture in formation was plugged,which would decrease permeability and fracture conductivity,resulting in poor fracturing.These 3 kinds of fracturing fluids may seriously contaminate Putaohua reservoir.The damage rate of sesbania gum,fenugreek gum and guar gum were 27.89%,18.51%,26.06% respectively.
