摘 要:研究了灼烧化学法铝回收技术。结果表明:在500℃下灼烧30~60min,可去除99.5%左右的有机物,酸溶时按Al2O3化学计量耗酸量的1.4倍投加硫酸并控制pH〈1,反应3h,铝浸出率可迭97%以上,当酸量足够时,固液比对铝的浸出率基本没有影响,产品符合液态硫酸铝的行业质量标准。同时污泥经灼烧酸溶后总质量减少25.4%,污泥减量化有利于降低污泥处置成本。A mass of aluminum hydroxide involved in waterworks sludge could be used as an important reclaimable resource. But the alum recovered with known processes was of poor quality, which created many problems in application. This thesis focused on the process conditions of incineration chemical process. Results show that about 99.5% organic compounds are removed when sludge is incinerated 30-60 rain under 500℃. The fraction product recovery reaches 97% when incinerated sludge reacted with H2SO4 under conditions that pH is lower than 1 and mixed liquor whisks for 3 h. The solid to liquid ratio does not make much difference to the fraction product recovery. The total mass of sludge decreases by 25.4% after incineration and acid reaction, which is propitious to reduce the cost of sludge disposal.
