摘　　要：如何正确衡量和评价股票市场的投资价值,是世界各国股票市场理论与实践的一个重大课题。文章通过介绍和比较分析衡量股票投资价值的主要指标,提出并阐述了“标准平均市盈率是正确衡量和评价一国股市投资价值的唯一指标”的观点,并对境外主要股票市场及我国股票市场进行了精辟而独到的评价。How to properly measure and assess investment value of stock market is our major task of theory and practice for the stock market all over the world.Through introduction,analysis and comparison under the main guidance to measure for stock investment value,the article puts forward and expounds the viewpoint that standard market profit rate of average is the most important guidance to measure and assess investment value for national stock market.It comments courageously and particularly on the most stock market home and abroad.
