摘　　要：通过建设监理业结构体制改革与创新的论述,提出了新型的监理结构体制,对监理业的发展提出具体改革建议。After the statement of the structural system reform and innovation ,a new type of structural system is introduced, also a concrete reforming proposal on construction supervision is mentioned.
