摘 要:试验研究了凝汽器黄铜管的化学镀镍技术,并将该技术成功应用于下花园发电厂3号机组凝汽器上。对化学镀镍加工的凝汽器黄铜管进行了性能检测,镀镍管镀层各项性能指标均达到了相关的技术标准。采用SEM观察了镀镍黄铜管工业应用前后的内表面和断面形貌,测量了镀镍黄铜管工业应用前后在循环冷却水中的极化电阻。试验结果表明该技术在黄铜管表面可获得耐蚀性好、结合力强、性能稳定、质量可靠的均匀阳极性镀层。实际应用证明化学镀镍黄铜管在凝汽器上具有较高的推广应用价值。The electroless nickel plating technology for brass tubes in condenser was experimentally researched and successfully applied in the No. 3 Unit of Datang International Xiahuayuan Power Plant. The plating performance of electroless nickel-plated condenser brass tubes was tested and all the performance indicators were in accordance with the related technology standards. SEM was used to observe the micrography of inner surface and cross section before and after the application of above-mentioned brass tubes; in addition, the polarization resistances in circulating cooling water were measured. The experiment results indicate that the application of electroless nickel plating technology on brass tubes results in the uniform anodic plating with excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, stable performance and reliable quality, showing great value for extended application.
