摘 要:考察了阻燃剂磷酸脒基脲浓度、浸渍处理时间对阻燃效果的影响,并研究了绝缘纸经阻燃处理后热降解参数、剩炭率、击穿电压的变化情况。结果表明:浓度为10%磷酸脒基脲溶液浸渍绝缘纸可满足阻燃要求,绝缘纸浸渍时间以5~10min为宜;磷酸脒基脲阻燃处理的绝缘纸热降解起始温度提前约50℃;绝缘纸剩炭率升高到31.73%,击穿电压稍有下降。同时还考察了硼酸加入量对磷酸脒基脲阻燃绝缘纸效果的影响,结果表明,复配阻燃剂中硼酸含量在10~20%阻燃效果、绝缘性最佳。Insulated paper was treated with flame retardant guanylurea phosphate. Probed the effect of the content of guanylurea phosphate and the soaking time on flame retardation, at the same time the treated insulated paper was studied by thermal analysis. The result indicated that the content of guanylurea phosphate when it was 10% soaking insulated paper can meet the needs of flame retardation, and the soaking time is 5-10 min. Compared with insulated paper, thermal degradation onset temperature lowering about 50℃. The char yield of insulated paper treated by guanylurea phosphate is 31.73%. The puncturing voltage of insulated paper treated by guanylurea phosphate decreases faintly. It was found that there is an appreciable improvement in fire retardation and puncture voltage when adding 10-20% boric acid into guanylurea phoaphate.
