摘 要:利用萃取、反萃取相结合的技术,以乙烯次氯酸化的主产物氯乙醇为主要原料来生产氯化胆碱,并通过正交实验确定出最佳反应条件。结果表明,当反应温度为50℃,催化剂浓度为1%,三甲胺与氯乙醇的摩尔比为1.1∶1,反应时间为60 min时,氯化胆碱的收率可达到90%,并且可以解决乙烯次氯酸化反应中氯醇类物质分离困难、能耗高以及用石灰乳中和产物中的氯化氢时会产生大量废水、废渣等缺陷。Choline chloride was synthesized using chlorethanol as starting material combining extraction and back- extraction technique. In terms of orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions for this synthesis process were determined. The yield of the product could be up to 90% under the reaction conditions which were 50 ℃, 1% catalyst , 1.1 mol secaline and 1 mol chlorethanol, reaction time 60 min. At the same time, the difficulty of seperating chlorethanol in the addition reaction of ethylene and hypochlorous acid, high energy consumption, and producing a large number of waste water and waste residue in the course of neutralization reaction of lime milk and hydrochloric acid was resolved.
