摘  要:华能岳阳电厂一期2×362.5MW亚临界机组,锅炉给水处理方式原设计为加氨和联氨,在正常运行条件下,存在锅炉结垢速率偏高,汽包、凝汽器热井内沉积物多,高压加热器尤其是5号高加(第1级高加)腐蚀严重等问题,于2003年2号机组实施了给水停加联氨只加氨的水质调整方式,2005年大修检查锅炉结垢速率大大降低,汽包、凝汽器热井内沉积物明显减少,达到预期目标。2 ×362.5MW units in Huaneng Yueyang Power Plant phase I were imported from UK and feed water quality was designed as AVT. Even in normal operation, the boiler scaling rate and deposits in drum and condenser hot well were high and the corrosion in HPH was severe, especially in the 5th PHP. After No, 2 unit was overhauled in April, 2003, water quality regular:ion was changed as only adding ammonia in feed water. During overhaul in May 2005, it was found that the scaling rate of the boiler was lowered and deposits in drum and condenser hot well were reduced to anticipated value,
