摘 要:采用CFX软件和RSM模型对催化裂化沉降器旋流快分器内的三维流场进行了数值模拟,并且用标量输运方程研究了气体在旋流快分器内停留时间的分布规律。结果表明,旋流快分器内气体的停留时间随着旋流头喷出速度的增大而减小,随着封闭罩内环形空间面积与旋流头喷出口面积之比(S)的增大而减小,且当S等于10时,旋流快分器内气体的停留时间小于5 s;加入汽提气有利于气体的快速引出;带内插筒状物的新型旋流快分器内气体的停留时间大于目前所用的旋流快分器内气体的停留时间。Three-dimensional gas flow field in vortex quick separator of FCC disengager was numerically simulated by RSM model provided by CFX oft. And the gas residence time distribution of the separator was studied by using scalar transport equation. The results show that gas residence time reduces with vortex head outlet velocity increasing, and decreases with the ratio of seal boors annular space area to vortex heads jet area(S) increasing. The gas residence time is less than 5 seconds when S equals 10. The stripping gas benefits drawing the gas. The gas residence time distribution in vortex quick separator with inner cylinder is longer than that in vortex quick separator without inner cylinder.
