两种钢在腐蚀环境中的冲击磨损对比研究

摘  要:在冲击腐蚀磨损条件下研究了中碳合金钢、低碳高合金钢磨损特性和机理。结果表明,2.0 J冲击功条件下,中碳合金钢、低碳高合金钢均以浅层剥落为主,抗冲击腐蚀磨损性能相近;2.7 J冲击功下,中碳合金钢以深层剥落为主,低碳高合金钢以浅层剥落为主,磨损失重小;中碳钢剥落裂纹起源于表面;低碳高合金钢剥落裂纹起源于亚表层,腐蚀对其裂纹形成乃至剥落无明显作用。The wear characteristics and mechanism of low carbon high alloy steel and medium carbon steel under impactcorrosion condition have been investigated. Results show that the leading mechanisms of both alloys are shallow flaking under 2.0 J impact work, and the anti-impact-corrosion wear are close. Under 2.7 J impact work, the abrasion of medium carbon alloys are deep flaking while that of low carbon high alloy steels are shallow flaking and the mass wear is lower. The flaking cracks in medium carbon steel are initiated from surface layer. However, the flaking cracks in low carbon high alloy steel are initiated in subsurface stratum, which induces no apparent effect for corrosion on flaking.
