摘　　要：本文探讨了污水处理厂与源处理之间的相互影响和制约关系，目的是为有关部门进行水环境管理及做出科学决策提供依据．Building the municipal sewage plant is a developing trend for treating city'Swastewater.And approprate management measures should be adjusted also.The relationship between the treatment plant and pollution source has been discussed in the paper.It can providesome relies for velated management department w.hen they make the decision in water environment management.
