摘 要:首先对大跨度钢结构的落架过程进行了简单分析,并给出了落架应遵循的基本原则。其次,针对大跨度钢结构的落架,提出了同步协调和分组分步两种落架方式;结合国家体育场的施工方案,对其落架方案进行了详细分析。最后,采用等效弹性杆端位移法,基于ANSYS有限元软件,对国家体育场的落架进行了全过程模拟分析,通过“从外到内”和“从内到外”两种落架顺序计算结果的对比,证明前者是一种合理的落架顺序。The steel structural roof of National Stadium is comprised of enormous special main trusses with bracings of secondary structural members, and its erection scheme utilized the method of establishing temporary supports to the steel roof. Firstly, some basic rules of removing temporary supports from steel roof was presented and discussed. Then, the process of removing temporary supports was simulated by ANSYS software package by imposing the equivalent axial displacements at the temporary support ends. The comparisons were made between calculation results of two kinds of removing temporary support sequences, from outer to inner and from inner to outer, respectively. The former is verified to be a reasonable sequence, and it was applied in removing temporary supports in National Stadium.
