摘　　要：随着我军依托普通高等教育培养军队干部步伐的加快，地方入伍大学生的比例逐年增加，为部队革命化、现代化和正规化建设增添了活力和后劲。地方入伍大学生献身国防的事业心是否坚定．事业目标追求是否正确，事业发展道路自我设计科学不科学，对于其在部队健康成长和部队全面建设具有重大的意义。教育引导地方入伍大学生确立正确的事业选择，是新时期新阶段军队思想政治工作的重要课题。With the speeding up of the cultivation of cadets in common institutions of higher education, more and more college students are admitted into the army, which instills new vitalities in building a revolutionized, modernized and normalized army. The issues about their dedication, life goal, and progress in career are worthy of high notice in cultivating them and promoting the all-round army building. Therefore, guiding these students in fostering a correct ideal in their careers is an important subject concerning political and ideological work in the new stage.
