摘  要:联合固氮是生物固氮的3种形式之一,也是当前生物固氮的研究热点之一。随着联合固氮作用在各种非禾本科植物上陆续被发现,一些经济价值高的木本植物联合固氮成为固氮研究中的热点。介绍了主要的联合固氮菌种类;探讨了固氮系统形成及信号传导机理;综述了联合固氮研究在分子生物学上的进展等;详细叙述了木本植物联合固氮研究的现状;展望了未来联合固氮研究的前景和今后研究的重点。Associative nitrogen fixation(ANF) is a focus in biologic nitrogen fixation(BNF) research as one way of three BNF methods. ANF has good nitrogen fixation efficiency without formulating particular tissues. Graminaceous plants have been studied as the major associative nitrogen fixation plants since 1970s. Recently, wood - plants have become the objects of associative nitrogen fixation research as a hot issue. This paper makes a general introduction of some ANF bacteria species. And the signals conduction, especially the Quorum sensing, which might play a important role in ANF is discussed here. The progresses of molecular biologic technical on ANF and the statues of ANF research in wood - plants are recounted. In addition, the trends and problems of future research in this field are prospected.
