摘　　要：针对连云港市填报重点工业污染源动态数据库报表和编写重点工业污染源排污状况报告中存在的内容不全、软盘设计与报告内容不相匹配、填报人员业务素质不一、错填漏填、随意性大等问题,提出了提高填报报表和报告质量的几点意见。To counter several problems in filling the dynamic database form and compiling the discharge report of major industrial pollution sources, some opinions were proposed to heighten the quality of discharge form and report.
